(BEDFORD, IN) - A 50-year-old Bedford woman, sentenced to 345 days house arrest last month was back in Lawrence Superior Court Monday afternoon for an initial hearing for violating the terms of that sentence.
Terri Robbins was sentenced to house arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated on May 28, 2009 while on probation for another drunken driving offense.
Part of the terms of house arrest were that Robbins was not to possess or use alcohol, marijuana or any prescription drugs for which she doesn't have a prescription.
The woman has since tested positive for benzodiazepines and hydrocodone.
