(PAOLI, IN) - Jurors in the trial of Brian Denny heard testimony Monday from a representative of the Humane Society of the United States.
Adam Parascandola answered questions about his role at the scene of the Denny in which nine pit bulls were seized from the property in Orange County in 2009.
Earlier witnesses testified that the dogs had a mix of conditions including conjunctivitis, fractured teeth, hair loss, and scarring, often on the front part of the animal.
The trial will resume at 9:00AM on Wednesday.
Denny was one of two men arrested on charges related to dog fighting, the second being 73-year-old Eli Taylor.
