(PAOLI, IN) - Brian Denny has been found to be not guilty of charges related to alleged dog fighting.
Jurors returned with their verdict shortly before 11:00PM Thursday night.
Denny had been arrested following a police search of his property on suspicion of dog-fighting activities.
The 41-year-old was cleared of nine counts of possessing an animal for use in an animal fighting contest, two counts of promoting an animal fighting contest, two counts of possession of animal fighting paraphernalia and two counts of cruelty to an animal.
