(UNDATED) - A dangerous storm is heading to Indiana. Forecasters say more than an inch and a half of ice will be falling over the next 48 hours.
Lafayette could see snow totals greater than 15 inches.
A winter storm watch is now in effect and it will be upgraded to a winter weather warning sometime this morning.
In December of 2008 a quarter of an inch of ice between Indianapolis and Muncie caused more than 220,000 power outages.
