(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - State Police say a Martinsville woman faces charges of intimidation over threats made on Facebook.
51-year-old Cheryl Allen is accused of making serious bodily threats against Morgan County elected officials and staff personnel.
Morgan County Prosecutor Steve Sonnega, who was included in the threats, turned over the investigation to state police and a special prosecutor.
Allen was arrested at her home Thursday on eight counts of intimidation.
If convicted, she could spend up to 24 years in prison.
