Health Officer Receives Suspension For Practicing Without License

(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - The former Morgan County Health Officer has received a suspended sentence for practicing medicine without a license.

Authorities say Dr. John Reynolds wrote a prescription after his license was suspended following an investigation into the death of his girlfriend.

Charges were dropped in that case after problems with the autopsy.
