(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Indiana University trustees are expected to vote today on a rate hike for student room and board.
Students living on the campus can expect to see an average 6.3% price increase for the 2011-12 school-years if approved.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Neil Theobald says the rate hike is necessary to fund pay raises and higher health care and retirement costs for residential programs and services employees.
