(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Indiana University Police say the students who created fliers containing graphic language and covered in what appeared to be blood have come forward.
They told police they wrote the manifesto with no intention of threatening physical violence.
They say they meant it as an act of artistic provocation.
They now say it was poor judgment.
Campus police say they will be referring the students to I.U.s internal judicial process.
