(NEW ALBANY, IN) - An Indiana State Police officer is suing the agency over racial discrimination.
Myron Wilkerson says he was treated differently because of his race.
He was removed from a joint-agency investigation with the Floyd County Sheriff's Department and FBI last year.
Wilkerson says he heard from a ranking state police member say "certain people don't belong on certain wires."
All targeted suspects were African Americans.
