(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - The fate of the 15-year-old who police say shot another teen in Martinsville will be being argued again today.
The hearing of the 15-year-old charged in the shooting of Chance Jackson resumes in a Morgan County Courtroom.
At issue is whether the accused should be tried as an adult in the March 25th incident at Martinsville West Middle School.
The teen's attorney Steve Litz railed against the testimony Monday of his client's probation officer.
The lawyer said that even though the 15-year-old has a troubled past, he doesn't deserve what could be a mandatory minimum 20 years behind bars.
