(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A jury has been seated in the murder trial of James Griffin.
The 26-year-old is accused in the stabbing death of Indiana University Professor Donald Belton in December 2009.
Investigators say Griffin, a former U.S. Marine, admitted stabbing Belton as the two argued about what Griffin described to police as sexual assaults against him by Belton, who was gay.
The trial convenes this morning.
