Man Arrested For Attempting To Set Apartment On Fire

(BEDFORD, IN) - A 41-year-old Bedford man was arrested Thursday afternoon following an apartment fire on Shawnee Lane.

George A. DePalma was booked into the Lawrence County Jail on arson charges.

Police say that DePalma stuffed clothes and blankets in the oven and also filled a skillet on the stove with a flammable substance.
