(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - A Morgan County judge is expected to give his ruling soon in the case of a teen who authorities say shot another teenager at Martinsville West Middle School.
At issue is whether the teen should be tried as an adult or if Indiana's juvenile corrections system can accommodate him.
Judge Christopher Burnham, who heard two days of testimony and received several pages of documents, said he needs time to review the evidence.
