(BEDFORD, IN) - A teenage female managed to escape from the custody of Marion County authorities Thursday afternoon while at the Lawrence County Courthouse.
The girl is described at 5 feet tall, 100 pounds and having brown hair.
At this time she is not considered to be dangerous.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig says that he does not have any information on why the 17-year-old was appearing in Lawrence County Juvenile Court.
