(LOUISVILLE, KY) -The man accused of killing an Indiana teenager will go on trial next year.
Gregory O'Bryan faces charges for the murder of Sullivan University student Andrew Compton.
He is accused of killing the 18-year-old Carmel native last October.
O'Bryan told police Compton died while the two were having sex and he put his body in a dumpster.
Compton's body has never been found.
Authorities searched a Jackson County landfill for over a week looking for Compton's body.
