(BEDFORD) - The American Red Cross Hoosier Hills Chapter set up a Receiving Center at the Tabernacle of Praise, located at 1381 US Hwy 50 E, Bedford, Indiana.
Individuals and families affected by storm winds, and in need of emergency assistance, may go to the Tabernacle of Praise or call the Hoosier Hills Chapter of American Red Cross. The Red Cross provides emergency food, clothing, shelter, and has tarps available for those in need. Additionally, the Red Cross has partnered with the Hoosier Hills Ham Radio Club to conduct disaster assessments in the northeast area of Lawrence County.
The Lawrence County Habitat for Humanity is also conducting clean up services for those affected by the storms and has donated cases of water sited at the Tabernacle of Praise.
