(UNDATED) - Indiana residents who had paid for oil changes at Mr. Lubie stations in central and southern Indiana may be eligible for an overpayment refund.
The Indiana Attorney General's Office determined Mr. Lubie owner, Hukill Oil of Seymour over-charged patrons by using a less expensive oil than the one advertised.
The violations occurred between January 2006 and October 2007.
Officials believe as many as 5000 people are eligible for the refund.
