(UNDATED) - Fireworks sales are on the rise and one fireworks store owner says sales have been good even through the recession.
Tim Lee, Owner of USA Fireworks stores in Indiana, Kentucky and Florida, says his business has pretty much been recession-proof.
Lee says he's seen a spike in sales over the last two years as the country comes out of the recession. Lee has 106 stores open in Indiana currently.
He has ten stores that are open all year long.
Lee says the biggest sellers this year are the multi-shot cake fireworks as opposed to the artillery shells which had been popular in previous years.
