(WILLIAMS, IN) - A human skull has been found on a Lawrence County farm near Williams.
Investigators believe that the skull appears to be a historical artifact and does not appear to be a crime scene."
The skull was found on Memorial Day weekend on a farm bordering the White River.
Indiana Conservation Officers contacted Lawrence County Coroner John Sherrill and the Indiana University Department of Anthropology.
The skull was taken to the IU Department of Anthropology for further analysis.
