(UNDATED) - It may be harder for low-income Hoosiers to find assistance with staying cool this year.
Lynn Engel with Indiana 211 says resources are scarce for aiding the poor and the elderly because of drops in state revenue.
Laura Boyle with the Central Indiana Council on Aging says they do have a few air conditioners and fans available, but are asking for public donations for the "Cool-Aid" program.
