(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today across all of Indiana as a frontal system moves into the region, bringing relief from the near-record heat of recent days.
The National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center placed nearly all of Indiana in a slight risk area for severe weather.
Damaging winds are the primary threat, but large hail will also be possible.
High temperatures should dip from the 90s of recent days to around 80 by Sunday.
