(SALEM, IN) - 26-year-old Timothy Orman and 24-year-old Tammy Spengler have been formally charged with the murder of two bodies discovered in Washington County on Friday.
Spengler has been charged with two counts of murder and aiding murder and invasion of privacy.
Orman faces the same charges.
Court documents indicate that Spengler told her mother she and Orman had shot and killed Orman's father, Tim Orman Sr., and his uncle, Roy Orman, and placed their bodies in an outbuilding at the senior Orman's home.
Spengler later called the Washington County Sheriff's Department and confessed to the murder.
A pre-trial conference for Orman Jr. and Spengler has been set for August 25th.
