11-Year-Old's Murder Hearing Postponed In Martinsville

(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - A juvenile hearing postponed for the 11-year-old accused of murdering his 6-year-old brother in Morgan County.

A fact-finding hearing has been moved to September sixth in the case.

That's the equivalent of a trial in the juvenile system.

The 11-year-old is accused of shooting Andrew Frye in the head back on June 30th.

Both sides say they need more time to put together their respective cases.
