(SPRINGVILLE, IN) - The 2011 ABATE of Indiana Boogie began yesterday.
Boogie officials are optimistic that there will be a rise in attendance from the 7,000 people who attended last year.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig states "most of the people come to the Boogie to be at the Boogie," and that its generally quiet as far a police reports are concerned and only makes note of an increase in traffic flow.
Officers will be patrolling the Springville area to make sure there aren't any traffic problems.
