Last updated on Tuesday, July 26, 2011

(NASHVILLE, IN) - A former substitute teacher for Brown County Schools has been found not guilty of felony child seduction Thursday.

Brown County authorities originally alleged that 23-year-old Vincent Joseph Gucciardo III had sexually touched or fondled a 17-year-old girl on January 4th, 2010, while school was out for Christmas break.

Brown County Prosecutor Jim Oliver stated that the girl's father went outside to look for his daughter late one night and spotted the girl in Gucciardo's car at the end of the driveway.

Gucciardo quickly drove away.
