(LOUISVILLE, KY) - Funeral services were held Thursday in Charlestown, Indiana for a man who fell victim to the heat wave.
18-year-old Cody Johns of Sellersburg died Thursday of hyperthermia.
When he fell ill, Johns' co-workers took him to a Norton Immediate Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
The co-workers told responding firefighters that Johns was denied treatment at the care center.
Norton healthcare says it did not deny medical care because Johns never came into their immediate care center.
