Mother Of 11-Year-Old Shooter Arrested

(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - The mother of a six-year-old Martinsville boy, who police say was killed by his brother, was arrested today.

Police also arrested the mother's boyfriend.

The 11-year-old suspect is accused of shooting and killing six-year-old Andrew Frye.

He will not be tried as an adult, but faces murder and criminal recklessness charges.

Police say the mother and her boyfriend were not home at the time of the shooting.
