(ELNORA) - A drug bust by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department Sunday afternoon led to the arrest of seven Daviess County residents.
The sheriff's office received a report that marijuana was growing at 415 Matlida Street in Elnora.
A search warrant was executed at the home at 2:16 pm by Daviess County deputies along with Elnora Police and state police.
Officers found marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia, and suspected marijuana at the residence.
Arrested were 21-year-old Stephen Emmons, Frank Armstrong, age 18, 21-year-old Jessica D. Lawson, Lucas Cunningham, age 19, and 20-year-old Jane E. Davis, all of Elnora.
Also charged were Justin m. Miller, 19, of Washington, and Tyson J. Carmel, of Odon.
All seven were charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance, and visiting a common nuisance.
Bond was set at $6,000 each.
