(MITCHELL) - An Indiana State Police investigation landed a Mitchell man in jail.
According to State Police 35 year old Matthew Woods is facing several drug related charges, including Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a Class B felony, possessing more than 3 grams of methamphetamine, a Class C felony, neglect of a dependent, a Class C felony, maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony, possessing a controlled substance, a Class D felony, and possessing drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
Police obtained a search warrant for Woods residence, and that search turned up items consistent with the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Police officers also found more than 3 grams of finished meth, as well as an unspecified quantity of LSD.
