(SEYMOUR) - Everybody who purchased a Mega Millions ticket in Seymour recently should check their tickets carefully.
Tuesday was lucky for someone in the area.
One ticket purchased at Casey's at 400 N O'Brien Street in Seymour is worth $40,000. That ticket matched the first four numbers, and the Megaball®. The holder of the ticket added the Megaplier for an extra dollar which increased the prize from $10,000 to $40,000.
The lucky winning numbers were: 2-20-28-36-45 MB:37. The Megaplier was: 4. Mega Millions players may elect to multiply their non-jackpot winnings up to four times by adding the Megaplier for an extra dollar per play.
The holder of the ticket is encouraged to sign the back of the ticket and contact Hoosier Lottery Customer Service at 1-800-955-6886. Players have 180 days to claim prizes on Hoosier Lottery draw games.
Friday's jackpot is an estimated $113 million.
