(BLOOMINGTON) - Kilroy’s Sports Bar in Bloomington was cited for allowing a minor to loiter and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor, by Indiana State Excise Police.
Bloomington Police identified Kilroy's as a place where missing I.U. student Lauren Spierer went with friends the night she was last seen. Surveillance cameras show her leaving the bar at 2:27 a.m. June 3rd.

Search begins - After being reported missing the day before, large groups of volunteers begin searching for the lost student.

Disappearance seems fishy - Police say they suspect foul play. "When somebody at 4:30 in the morning, no shoes and has earlier been drinking, goes out and just disappears off a street corner - we feel like it certainly could be foul play involved.," said Bloomington Police Lt. Bill Parker.

Seizing evidence - Police use a battering ram to break into the security office of Lauren's apartment building to seize computers.

Cash sum offered - $145,000 is offered in total reward money for information leading to Lauren's return. The family offered $100,000 of its own money.

Traffic checkpoint - One week after Lauren's disappearance, Bloomington police have a traffic check point at the time the student disappeared to ask people if they saw anything.

IU makes pledge - Bloomington police say they've received nearly 1,000 tips about Lauren's disappearance, as Indiana University pledges $50,000 for the search.

Family opens P.O. box for tips - Robert and Charlene Spierer announce the creation of a Post Office box in Bloomington to give people another avenue for anonymous tips.

Frequent briefings come to an end - Bloomington Police Department has its last regular news update on the search for Lauren, saying it will now only have news conferences for big breaks in the case.
