(LOOGOOTEE) - A Loogootee woman was arrested Wednesday after she intimidated and harassed employees at her doctor’s office in Oakland City.
46-year old Jacqueline Davis got upset when she discovered the dosage for her medication was being reduced instead of being increased, says Indiana State Police.
Davis reportedly demanded a refund for her doctor's visit but when she was told she would not receive a refund; she began using profanities and shouted threats of physical harm to both the doctor and his secretary.
Davis was escorted from the property by Oakland City police.
State police say she later called the office several times while continuing to make threats and use profane language.
It was after she made these phone calls that she was arrested at her home in Loogootee. Davis is in the Gibson County jail.
