(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after he fired a gun outside his home on Starr Lane Monday night.
Craig Norris is charged with public intoxication, carrying a firearm without a license, and two counts of criminal recklessness with a firearm.
Police arrested Norris after a neighbor called police saying Norris was outside shooting his gun around her children.
