(BLOOMFIELD) - 38-year-old Chad Bays, of Bloomfield, was arrested after his car stalled at the intersection of State Road 54 and State Road 45.
Greene County Sheriff's Department Deputy James Deckard says Bays was arrested because he was driving on a suspended driver's license.
Bays license was suspended for a 10-year period from March 28, 2008 till March 26, 2018 because he was arrested for driving while intoxicated and being a habitual traffic violator.
He was taken to the Greene County Jail where he posted a $4,000 bond.
