(LINTON) - 23-Andrew W. Scott, of Linton, was arrested after members of the Greene County Drug Task Force went to serve a parole violation warrant Wednesday.
Police found the makings of a methamphetamine lab being unloaded in the parking lot of a Linton apartment.
Scott faces the parole violations and now charges of dealing methamphetamine and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
Police say they found several items related to the manufacturing and dealing of methamphetamine in and around Scott's 1999 Ford Taurus.
According to police reports some of the items found were: Bottles containing mixed chemicals, multiple precursors used to manufacture meth, digital scales and plastic baggies used to measure and package meth.
The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab team was called to the scene to collect and clean-up the materials.
Scott is being held without bond in the Greene County Jail pending a court appearance.
