(LINTON) - 41-year-old Holly Swiger, of rural Linton, was arrested after she allegedly attacked her husband while he slept on the couch.
Swiger will appear in court Friday morning to face a single charge of battery causing bodily injury.
Linton Police arrested Swiger on Oct. 21 after they received a call from Swiger's husband saying he was asleep on the couch around 12 a.m. when his wife jumped on top of him saying he and her mother was conspiring against her. She then screamed at her husband "Where is it at?" and ripped his underwear off him looking for a hidden microphone, according to a probable cause affidavit.
She continued to hit him and jumped on his back as he called for help. She also attacked her mother's husband by hitting him in the back and arm with her fist causing redness and pain.
Swiger was arrested and taken to the Greene County Jail where she posted bond and was released the next day.
