(LINTON) - 46-year-old Dianna Castle, of Jasonville was arrested Sunday afternoon in Linton after she caused a disturbance at the Subway restaurant in Linton.
She was arrested on charges of three counts of neglect of a dependent and public intoxication and taken to the Greene County Jail.
She was released from jail after posting $12,500 bond and ordered to appear in court at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
According to a news release issued by the Linton Police Department, Officer Chad Crynes, police went to the subway at 3:45 p.m. about a woman causing a disturbance. After talking to Castle, police say she was under the influence of Vicodin, a pain-reliever that contains hydroquinone.
Police asked Castle to perform a field sobriety test, which she failed.
Castle had three children with her, their parents were called and they were released to them.
