(SEYMOUR) - A Kentucky man was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing a Seymour woman’s car, personal checks and debit card.
Jason Mallory, 30, of Ludlow, KY, faces preliminary charges of possession of stolen property, a D felony; four counts of theft, D felonies; auto theft, D felony; forgery, a C felony; and residential burglary, a B felony; according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Department.
Police said Mallory was an acquaintance of the victim's and had stayed at her home twice in October.
