(UNDATED) - Wildlife Refuge Week continues through Saturday and events are taking place at Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge.
The refuge's closed area will be open to walk-in visitors through Saturday.
Refuge Week Photo Contest entries will be exhibited in the Visitor Center.
Refuge Week will end Saturday with a free breakfast and annual membership meeting of the Muscatatuck Wildlife Society. Breakfast will be served at the Visitor Center from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The annual meeting of the non-profit Refuge Friends group will be at 9 a.m.
The Log Cabin Day Festival will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Myers Cabin. A free ham and bean lunch will be served and there will be old-time music, crafts, animal programs, blacksmiths and children's activities conducted by the Refuge Rangers.
