(BEDFORD) - The City of Bedford will be flushing hydrants this week.
Customers are cautioned to be careful on or about those days as water can be muddy or rusty and can cause staining to laundry. If the water is discolored, let the cold water run for a short time and it should clear up.
Today - 17th and L streets south of 27th Street, Rainbow Hills, Heritage meadows and Broadview Addition.
Wednesday - Lincoln Ave., north of 15th Street. 15th Street, west of L Street and North of 10th Street and John Williams Boulevard.
Thursday - 15th Street and East of 15th Street and K, North of Breckenridge Road.
Friday - 8th and O streets, west of X Street, North of 2nd Street and South of Heltonville Road, Mt. Pleasant and Boyd Lane.
Sunday - 16th and P streets, 17th Street, south of 39th Street, West of M Street, Eastlake Drive, Crawford Addition, Brook Knoll, Saddle Barn Addition.
If weather turns bad, the flushing of the hydrants will be cancelled.
