(SPENCER COUNTY) - Indiana State Police say 28-year-old Corey Burch, of Richland, died in an accident Saturday night.
Burch's 7-year-old son suffered injuries during the accident.
The incident happened in Spencer County just after 7:30 p.m. on County Road 300 North at County Road 900 West.
Police say Burch was driving on CR 300N when for an unknown reason, the vehicle left the roadway and rolled over.
ISP say Life flight was dispatched, and the boy was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. Police say the Burch died at the scene.
The accident is still under investigation. Both were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
