(UNDATED) - Lawrence County Police are investigating several thefts that happened Tuesday.
The first was reported at 7:21 a.m. from a home on State Road 158. The homeowner reported the theft of jewelry and money.
The second was reported around 3:21 p.m. at a home on the 3000 block of Avoca-Eureka Road. The owner reported the theft of a moped and two 100 pound propane tanks.
The third was reported at 11:11 p.m. at Newco Metals. Employees say a person in a green Monte Carlo took some aluminum. Police are making extra patrol in the area.
