(SEYMOUR) -18-year-old Brooke Herron, of Seymour, was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of dealing methadone, a schedule II controlled substance and reckless homicide in the death of 19-year-old Andrew “Drew” Nichols.
Nichols was found dead at his home Sept. 6 of an apparent overdose, according to police. Herron was arrested because police say she sold Nichols the drugs he overdosed on.
She was booked into the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown and is being held on $100,005 bond.
