(LINTON) - A Linton man was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of burglary and theft.
Mike Baker, 53, is being held in the Greene County Jail. Bond was set at $19,000.
Baker allegedly entered a home on NE 1st St. on Monday, sometime between 7:30 and 10:20 a.m.
The residence's occupant advised police that someone entered the home and moved, went through, and unpacked several items. The resident was in the middle of a move and wasn't sure anything was missing, but said every room in the house had items moved.
There were no signs of forced entry, according to police.
