(UNDATED) - The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a flood warning for portions of the following rivers in Southern Indiana, the East fork White River, White River, Wabash River and Muscatatuck River.
Renewed rises and additional lowland river flooding will occur through the weekend. Between 1 to 3 inches of precipitation fell Thursday along and south of Interstate 70.
The heaviest rainfall was in Southern Indiana along the Ohio River. White River is expected to crest around 1 a.m. Saturday.
The Muscatatuck River at Wheller Hollow will remain under a flood warning into next week.
