Mitchell School Enrollment Drops

(MITCHELL) - School enrollment has fallen at Mitchell schools for the past four years, according to an annual report published Friday.

The enrollment drop is not spread evenly among the schools.

Declines have been noted at Hatfield, Burris and Mitchell Junior High School.

Mitchell High School has actually experienced an increase in enrolled from 581 students in 2008 to 617 this school year.
