(BLOOMINGTON) - On Monday, Feb. 20th at 5:30 p.m., the city of Bloomington will hold a public awareness meeting for two infrastructure improvement projects coming to the southeast side of town.
City staff will present the plans and explain the coordinated schedules for these two projects, followed by a question and answer period.
The meeting will be held at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church, 2700 E. Rogers Road.
The first project will be the city of Bloomington utilities southeast water system improvements project, which will expand capacity of the water treatment plant and provide redundancy of water transmissions mains.
The second project is the public works Sare Road and Rogers Road roundabout, which will replace a four-way stop control intersection with a modern roundabout including sidewalk, sidepath, curb, storm sewers and landscaping.
