Man Accused Of Molesting His Stepdaughter

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Clay County man is facing charges of child molestation in Bloomington.

Police arrested 42-year-old Kevin Snapp, of Brazil, on two felonies of child molestation.

Snapp is accused of molesting his 13-year-old stepdaughter.

According to court documents, the girl told police Snapp touched her while she was sleeping in bed with her mother and Snapp.

The victim said it happened at their Bloomington home. Snapp told police the incident happened but it was an accident.
