(LINTON) - A Switz City man was arrested after he refused to cooperate with police.
According to Linton police officers, 29-year-old Kenneth Calvert was arrested on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement officers.
Police were called to the Chuckles Gas Station in Linton at 4:25 a.m. Sunday because employees say there was a suspicious person in the bathroom.
When police spoke to Calvert they noticed he smelled of alcohol. Police were patting down Clavert when reached into his pocket and pulled out his glasses case. Police asked Calvert to drop what he had in his hands and he refused. He then started to fight with the officers.
