(BEDFORD) 39-year-old Aaron Stickney, of Bedford, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court and dealing meth.
He was arrested Tuesday afternoon by officers from the Lawrence County Probation Department and Bedford Police Department.
Oolitic Deputy Marshal Bill Allen, says the arrest is connected to a March 1st arrest at a home on 16th Street. Where Allen and Indiana State Trooper Josh Allen found an active one-pot meth lab, meth and drug paraphernalia - including syringes and a meth pipe.
At that time 35-year-old Tammy Stickney, and 18-year-old Jordan Watson, both of Bedford were arrested.
Stickney was charged with neglect of a dependent, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Watson was charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
Three children at the home - ages 2, 7 and 17 - were taken to a Bedford hospital to be examined and then Child Protective Services released them to family members.
